The whole process of designing all digital IGBT rear pole high frequency machine
issuing time:2020-05-21

Performance:

1. Power 800W is adjustable.

2. IGBT post-stage, strong adaptability.

3. The two output modes of back-pole single pulse and multi-pulse (mixing, ultrasonic) can be switched by software.

4. Two voltage outputs of voltage 800V and 1600V can be switched by switch to suit the dual purpose of backplane and marine.

5. After the pulse width (discharge time), single pulse 20 ----- 200us adjustable, multi-pulse 40 ----- 400us adjustable.

6. The post-stage frequency is adjustable from 20Hz to 200Hz.

7. The switch adopts two-stage design, add a corona switch, lightly press for normal frequency output, press hard to double the output frequency (corona switch can be set to increase frequency and pulse width amplitude percentage)

8. Low voltage protection below 10.6V automatically reduces the duty cycle. Automatically lock the machine when it is below 9.6V and above 15V. After the switch is released and the voltage is normal, it can be automatically restored.

9. Overheat protection, when the temperature inside the machine exceeds 50 degrees, the duty cycle is automatically reduced. When the temperature inside the machine exceeds 60 degrees, the machine is locked, and it automatically recovers when the temperature drops to 50 degrees.

10. The pre-stage overcurrent protection is 50A. If the current exceeds 45A, the duty cycle will be automatically reduced (water quality adaptation, power output limitation).

11. The resistance value of the post-stage protection is 50 ohms, which can be no-load and short-circuited (automatically lock the machine, and automatically recover after the switch is released).

12. Reverse battery protection.

13. Post-discharge switch for 5 seconds (automatically locks the machine, it can be automatically restored after the switch is released, to prevent users from being electrocuted underwater, and the electric shock can be automatically disengaged). Press the corona switch within 5 seconds to re-time 5 seconds.

  Instructions for use:

Connect the two red and black terminals on the back of the inverter to the output. Connect the thickest two wires from the inverter to the 12V battery. Connect the red wire to the positive pole and the black wire to the negative pole. At this time, the digital tube on the front of the machine displays the currently set back pole frequency and pulse width (the frequency is displayed after P, and the pulse width is displayed after t). Press the switch, the digital tube will display a decimal point "." Behind P and t while displaying the output frequency and pulse width, and the inverter works normally. When there is a fault, the fault code will be displayed and the machine will be locked.
